But parents ask me, what if my kid is shy? What if they’re not “firecrackers”? What if they’re actually quite ordinary?

I wrote You Are Revolutionary to tell every kid and the kid inside of us, that “From the moment you are born, you changed the shape of history.”

Our kids are revolutionary not because of what they can do, but because of who they are. By existing, they have a human right to impact the way they live their lives.

Every kid is a revolutionary, every last one.
